Dry artemia cysts are cysts with an external indigestible membrane containing a resting living organism. Nauplii, which are incubated from Artemia cysts, are the most nutritious and valuable starter food. Nauplii are very mobile and survive in fresh water for several hours, therefore they are especially attractive to fish, shrimp and crustaceans.
After incubation the husk separation process is mandatory.
